Christie’s App and Web Site support clients in their discovery, buying and selling journeys.
My Role:
I managed the Customer facing Christie’s Web Site and mobile app by partnering with internal stake holders from Marketing and Client Experience to identify tactical feature improvements, defining a product roadmap, and leading a team of 24 project and technical resources to prioritize and execute Agile sprint activities.
In preparation for future actives, I embarked on an exercise to define a new strategy and feature set for the next generation of the client facing Christie’s Flagship Mobile App.
My role also included Investigate, prototype and define the usage of Emerging Technologies such as Augmented Reality, Computer Vision and Object Recognition, Machine Learning, and iBeacons.
